So localwhois gets all their domain information from exody.com or does it simply add any domains that it doesn't find by crossreferencing? That would in itself seem the best way of doing things. Surely there are some on localwhois that don't appear on exody.com and vice versa.

Does it make a difference.
If a name is expired/about to expire, they have to show up anyway

I've been wondering why 'Exody.com' shows up in my GetGo email every morning. LOL, I actually thought it was on-hold.

Oh well.

I make my on drop lists from the daily zone files. I used Exody in the past and Dwayne did a great job.. However, I could not justify the $35 per month (or whatever it was), so I just coded it myself. . . But if you do use Exody, I encourage you to get behind Dwayne. He does a GREAT job and does not hold back anything.

LocalWhois uses Exody domains (and pays Exody a license), but adds domains retrieved by their own softwares. So LocalWhois listings may contain exody's, but with some more domain retrieved by LocalWhois itself.
