I returned home today from my two-month-long camping trip

The new plan of attack here is to get some banner advertising going. I've found that it's a nice way to attract new customers.
I'm looking for a few different sites to do some banner advertising on. If you have a site that matches my request (below) and would like to advertise, please let me know. I'd really like to form an advertising partnership, so also let me know if you'd be interested in that. The site that's being advertised is www.SuperiorTraffic.net.
Details about what I'm looking for:
-I'm looking to have a ~17kb animated .gif banner (regular size) shown near the top of one or more pages.
-The site's content should deal with websites, webmasters, online marketing, etc.
-The site must be at least six months old and receive a steady amount of traffic.
-I'll advertise on forums, but I'm not willing to spend as much as content advertising.
-The homepage of the site must be a Google PR3 or better.
-I'd like to pay by number of ad impressions. I don't want to order anything over 5,000 impressions to start with; I'd like to get an idea of how effective a particular site is.
