Will sell at right price, but no rush to sell. Current BIN $3000
Price based on revenue of past 40 days and future expectations, backlinks, search engine based traffic and popularity of keywords "tax rebate calculator" in yahoo's weekly top search words list (usually top 100) and also the SUPER PREMIUM domain name (which I personally price at $2200 min) and the potential of the site.
Site was adfree for 1st month - but sent thousands of hits to my other sites by way of www.URLsponsor.com Adsense performance keep getting better
Includes full rights to the TaxRebateCalculator.com widget - adsense ad has been embedded in widget for past 7 days and has increased bottom line by 200% increase.
Widget has been and is featured by widgetbox.com - http://www.widgetbox.com/list/featured
widget is most installed for keyword "tax" 110 installs to date!
Site has tons of backlinks and gets tons of SE traffic
Site has been linked to by many major Newpapers online sites and tons of bloggers and other tax sites.
ALL stats available only to serious inquiries by PM;
Value is obvious for informed domainers - price is considerably low since this is prime for Tax Industry
1st page listing in google for "tax rebate calculator" and #2 overall on MSN and LIVE for that keyword - also 1st page for tons of other keywords.
SITE IS DEFINITELY ESTABLISHED within 2 months - I really made sure all the steps were taken so it would succeed! The amount of backlinks needed to end up on 1st page of google for this keyword was almost impossible - but it looks like this domain will talke over #1 in next few months if not by end of year. I estimate site will be an easy sell of $10,000 by end of year.
I am looking for easy sale here - but if not sold I will find time to make offering to some Tax Related firms - and I know I will sell to one for sure - but I like doing quick sales on forums better. And I feel no obligation making offering to tax industry 1st - as they may even pay more - then just redirect; and that would be a piss off after what we've done here.
