So far I am extremely satisfied with the service. The reports are in Excel and very clean and easy to read. As for results, I'm using them mainly for two aged sites that have always ranked well in Y and B, but never in G.

I've done several of their packages for these sites and am seeing movement: up to first page for a few days, disappear, back to 1st, disappear. I know it's due to their work as these site have never appeared on the first page at all before. Hopefully when the G dance settles, I'll have good spots.
