Our Customers are worth a whole lot more then we give them credit for! JITLA values the customer (surfer or email recipient's time) in a manner of speaking, it's a bid-ask relationship for ready, willing and able buyers.

Ever wonder why people in general don't pay attention to advertising the way they use to any more? "Sure," you say, "No time, not of interest, et cetera." How about the fact that in today's world, each of us is bombarded with over 5,000 ads per day?

In simple terms, JITLA rides along with any search engine and places merchant-controlled advertising right along the left-side of any listing produced by Google, MSN, Yahoo, et cetera. We have a key to email as well. Let's separate the wheat from the chaff!

1. With the Google's of the world, the surfer clicks on an ad listing and the Google's of the world get paid. Maybe the merchant will have a customer. God only knows what is in the heart of these surfers or the fraudsters. Or, organically-speaking, on the same search listing pages where merchants desire to be located are confronted with having to hire some third party SEO (search engine optimization) company who will spend six months to a year to get a similar Ad up and near the top of the list (in many cases the list is in the millions of pages) so the merchant can have some business - maybe.

With JITLA:

Within a matter of minutes, a JITLA merchant on his or her own computer may in real time develop an Ad and provide a real choice for his intended surfer audience where the Surfer is given the left-hand screen choice. Click on a JITLA merchant Ad on the same search engine page as described above and be paid in real time for this surfer's time to look at a JITLA merchant's Ad on the Merchant's JITLA MALL web site. Remember, our Ad listings are located next to the big boys' on the upper left side of the screen. Now then, If you were a surfer and had a choice between identical Ads... the usual ad lists on the right or the one on the left that PAYS YOU FOR YOUR VALUABLE TIME, which one would you choose? This transaction is in real time, and it's absolutely free and clear of any obligation, financial or otherwise, to the big boys! Our surfers are paid and JITLA is too.

2. Over half of all surfing today is directly accessed by placing the known name or URL of the big boys, like Wal-Mart, airlines like United, peer-to-peer sites like Facebook and of course the greatest buy-sell site in the world EBay, etc. The Google's of the world miss out on this event more or less.

With JITLA:

Again in a matter of seconds, the JITLA merchants may place their Ads next to the Ads of any of their competitors, including inside the competitor's web site! Yes, inside any web site next to the competition's product or service offering. Again the surfer is offered money for their time to leave the competition's web site and look at the JITLA merchant's ad at the JITLA MALL. And once again it's absolutely free and clear of any obligation, financial or otherwise, to the big boys! Our surfers are paid and JITLA is too.

3. Who is that surfer anyway? The Google's of the world are not passing this information around to merchants because they get paid for volume clicking! In a way, it's much like the old mass-mailing days: one hundred clicks per purchase. Notwithstanding click fraud, which is reported now as high as 50% on pay-per-clicks that are in the $10 to $20 dollar range of per click.

With JITLA:

All JITLA surfers send their prior buying history to the merchant in advance, called the JITLA CALLING CARD in real time summed up in what we call the "Buyer Quality Rating," (BQR) which includes their demographics, are made available to each JITLA merchant (real identity is hidden). Our JITLA merchants can NOW select which surfers best represent their ideal buyers, knowing who they are in profile form without a name IN ADVANCE. JITLA means full ACCOUNTABILITY! No fraudulent transactions (pay-per-click) either. What would a merchant pay for a lead that is BQR rated at 99% certain this surfer will buy in his or her category within a certain time frame - say 2 minutes and 30 seconds?

4. Email was once the most prolific Internet application ever. Now it's a spammed out hulk as far as advertising is concerned. It is still one of the most used programs. It is estimated that of the 60-plus billion email per day, 95% is spam.

With JITLA:

Now merchants can surf in reverse real time for the ideal buyer using the JITLA CALLING CARDS with demographics and BQR as its target. Our merchants know what a sure thing buyer is before making an Ad offer. The CALLING CARD selection process actually has built-in permission to enter the email in-box of qualified buyers ready, willing and able! Looking for a pair of shoes? Only those offers specified by the email recipient will find their way into the approved email in-box. This includes how much the email recipient wants for his or her time to look at the merchant ad at the JITLA MALL merchant web site. It's a bid/ask relationship over the buyer's time. It's a whole new world to be sure.

JITLA is a startup with over 20 believers called JITLAITES! As proof, each person has offered and is freely giving their valuable time to make JITLA a success in return for stock and the opportunity to work for JITLA when it can afford to pay them.

JITLA has a world-class marketing program developed as well. It's called Zoom marketing and is managed by a world-class marketing director. Zoom marketing subdivides the world by offering exclusive first language usage licenses. JITLA will look for and license professional marketing operators for a fee of $100,000 for each language except English, which is retained by JITLA Inc. Each language license includes the use of JITLA server farms and software. Each licensee will pay 5% of their gross as a royalty plus a pro-rata share of server and software usage, plus 10% over cost for managing the system to JITLA.

Each language, including English, is further subdivided by giving a semi-exclusive license to professional multi-tier affiliate organizations based on population and number of Internet users for a fee of $25,000 per licensee for the right to 5% of gross revenues generated under the Master licensee. The structure includes a peer-to-peer aspect where our affiliates provide a true one-on-one service to each JTILA member. Have you ever tried to talk to a real person at Google or any other web-based organization? A JITLA member consists of customers (buyers) and merchants (sellers). In practice, there is no difference between a customer and merchant. JITLA is a real time financial network. Each member has access to all software.

All JITLA merchants and user members are provided free web sites and software to assist them in communicating both in sales and peer-to-peer maters.

JITLA REVENUE is derived from the following... trillion dollar Advertising sector.
Ad revenue... one-half
Sales commissions... 1% to 15% vary depending on the advertisings risk TAKEN by JITLA in arbitraging the cost of upfront advertising against back end sales. The system is biased in favor of Ad revenue.
Royalties... 5% of gross, 1st use language business opportunities.
Service provider... server farm cost plus 10%.
Worldwide licensing of each 1st use language $100,000 each.
Master Joint Venture partners $1,200 per month or $25,000.
Affiliate participants $150 per year.

Stage One:

Stage Two:

Stage Three:
$5,000,000 all out marketing and operational roll out...for 10 million shares ($.50 per share).

Plus cash flow participation of gross revenue calculated at: .00096875 per million shares for 5 years or until the company is taken public or sold.
