what is the advantage between having 1 panelist and 3 panelist ?

if both case probably have the same outcome, why do someone want to go for 3 or more panelist by paying more?

With 3 panelists, you get a debate.

With 1 panelist, you get only his decision..

In a 3 panel case, each side submits a list of names of panelists they'd like to see on the panel. That helps respondents immensely.

In other words you have a chance of getting one or more panelists that know and understand the law. I try to look at panelists past decisions and often find that law professors are a good bet.
