Value of 2 letter .COMs Growing at What Rate?

I wanted to get feedback on how you see the value of 2 letter .com domains growing over the next 2-5 years. Thoughts?

I posed a question about this about a month back Lee with very little response. Sales seem to be a bit scattered now but I think over the next several years the floor for any combo will be six figures.

I agree. Seems to be sales of $20K to whatever. Depends on the letters I guess.

$20k? When was the last time you saw a 2 letter .COM sale reported NEAR $20k? The last time I saw this was in 2004, for OW.com.

agree - market rate seems anywhere from $60K (cheap reseller) to 85K+ (regular reseller) to $150K end-user

i bought one 5 months ago :yes:
sold it 2 hours later for $30k
ugly letters, but still 2 letters nonetheless.

I've been dong a lot of research on these in the hopes of buying a few more.
I did find 2 deals but I consider myself lucky.
I can confirm that the floor is basically at $100K right now.

I've made offers of $75k on quite a few names not in use that didn't even have that great of letter combo and got basically nowhere.

If anyone knows of a 2 letter .com for sale less than $75k I'd certainly like to know about it.
