It has indexed over 40,000 pages in Google. It currently receives about 750 visitors a day. The site is currently making over $1,000 a month. Also, are any of the PR backlinks coming in to your site "paid links" that the new purchaser will need to pay to maintain?

Other than the nominal cost for hosting, I assume this is the only other potential expense of this site...
