Your thoughts on video.co.uk would be appreciated.

It was registered in the days before you had to renew your domains annually. I don't know if this benefit would be passed to a new owner though.

Thanks

If you offered it to the right domainers you would get about £2-3500 offers...

Not sure on end user sales but I would say £5k tops.

Cheers,
rob.

DVD may have caused the demise of the video recorder to a certain extent, but still £10,000 for this excellent domain.

Thanks for the replies.

If someone offered me £5,000+ I would take it. It seems a shame to leave it doing nothing. I guess the other option would be to find someone to partner with to build a nice affiliate link site to all things video. Trouble is I don't have the time. Too many other (off-line) businesses!

Thanks again

£2,000 - £3,000 now, but, as others have mentioned value will likely go down as each year goes by (because of DVDs).

Good luck

True, but video can mean more than an item you put into a VHS....

Video is the general term for footage made on any kind of video camera... Still big business. Not to mention associated terms such as "music video", "video game", and probably adult connotations as well. I would be disappointed to only get £2k, personally

If someone will offer you anything more then $2,500 you should take that offer. Since it's a .co.uk you won't get too much.

Of course - us Brits will never get the hang of this inter-network thingy. We only got telephones and electricity recently! :-D :-D :-D

$2500 is about half what £2500 is.

Secondly .co.uk market is quite strong, not .com standards yet but heading up...

Cheers,
Rob.

Excellent domain.
Video.com $100,000
Video.co.uk $10,000 or GBP 5,000
