What is This Forum Really For???

Mods,
I am a little confused, when I look at the description of this forum's heading it specifically states the following Please be aware this is not the forum to advertise your hosting company. but I see a lot of posts that appear to be advertising hosting services.

Maybe I am confused but it looks like a number of these post should be moved to Hosting Offers / Requests form just below this one which clearly states This is also the place to advertise your hosting plans or any special offers.

Am I missing something or should some of these posts be moved to the proper forum???

I must admit I also found the lower tier forum a bit confusing (as I am sure others have) and maybe a suggestion would be for the mods to make the Hosting Offers / Requests at the same level on the forum as Web Hosting both showing up on the main page.

Basically, The Main Forum, Web Hosting, is for discussions on web hosting and subjects with Hosts and domain names.

The Sub forum, Hosting Offers/Request is where Hosting Companies can advertise their names and products. Also, people can ask for hosting.
