moniker What UP with Moniker they dont answer there phone????

Moniker is losing touch with its customers i think they only have 3 acct reps over there , now when you call some chick from india answers the phone and can help you with an issue?? this is dumb.

If that is correct it's a big step backward and bad news they would outsource to India. My expereince with India support is it would not work well for domain issues.

What time did you call the office? Yes, Moniker uses a call center after hours to answer calls/open help tickets. My apologies if you ran into a road block with them.

I am gutted they are down

its absolutely killing me

this is the last straw for me, I am moving my entire domain portfolio away from Moniker as soon as they come back up
