I was wondering if it be a good move to register the domain I have in mind.

Forgive me if this explanation is confusing, as I'm sure it will be.

It's a .com that has the word "supply" in it. It would be a 3 word .com (eg. WordWordSupply.com).

It's a pretty long name, but it's descriptive. And according to overture, these three words "word word supply" were searched for 16,500 times in March, in that order.

Would it be a good investment? Is "supply" a good word for domain names or would "supplies" be better suited?

Well, I took the plunge.

It was BirthdayPartySupply.com - is it a good name? Should I register the .net and .org to go along with it?

I happened to notice it was unregistered because I was looking to rent a kids' inflatable jumping castle for a birthday party.

BirthdayPartySupplies.com is taken, so I can't register that.

singular is best, in my opinion
BirthdayPartySupply.com
beats Supplies.. by a long shot.

i'de not bother with the .net & org. personally.
