I think who was right on the money, his appraisals are generally pretty much what resellers are will to pay for these domains, at the present time. I don't think he bases his appraisal on end users, but we all know that nobody knows what an enduser is willing to pay, until we find one. It would be a big mistake to get off these names at almost any price at present, in my opinion.
Reason: .org no longer allows 2 letters back into the pool, and soon .com and .net won't either, according to a few registrars. Why take the chance of selling them now, when they will only go up in price, when the market value rises, and even more if two letters can't be reregged. They are worth so much now because there are a limited number of them, and as that number gets smaller, the value will go up. HOLD.
