Question for lawers.

Suppose a company has name and a registered trademark "Scotch".
Now, say, I registered "scotches.com" and

1) Tied it to a PPC landing page. The page has optimized and now displays appropriate links like
"Buy Scotch on eBay"
"Buy scotch here"
"Buy tapes wholesale"

2) Tied it to a PPC without allowing the page to optimize, so that the page displays a set of common links.

3) Opened up a online store on that domain and selling tapes including tapes made by Scotch and tapes made by other companies.

4) Opened an online store on that domain that sells domains.

In what case what, if anyhing, do I violate and in which case and under what curcumstances can the company get the domains trough the court?

Looking for a clear answer on all 4 cases, if possible.
Thanks.

well it certainly depends on what area of commerce the mark is in. Is "Scotch" in this case a registered trademark in the area of adhesive tapes, or alcohol, or something totally different?
