Still problems with programming and useability, though. I was registering for 5 years and they were charging for 5 years per domain but then their confirmation letters were only showing 1 year registrations. Only when I and my staff repeated complained did they try to attend to the issue. Still a problem.
What is happening to the other 4 years and the $. Very deceiving. The inustry has to become more real, better business focused and customer service oriented if they want to retain their customers.
Also, due to their quick time outouts, they are losing potential registrations and making it difficult for existing customers to manage their domaind while grabbing a coffee.:veryangry:
