Moniker Who are those guys?

I see a bunch of activity on picking up expireds or soon to expire names before they drop and almost always from Netsol. Anybody know anything about these guys?

I've read the whois and it shows the following

Nett Corp
7628 Refuge Road
Talahassee
FL, US
32312

But does anyone know who they are connected to and why they are able to take great names out of the loop without waiting for the drops?

Although moniker name looks new, this Registrar is not a newbie... they were trading as mrdomreg.com before. ICANN-accredited registrar. I've seen Ultimate Search regged some names with them.

I think it's just registrar transfer. I saw Ult Search moved a bunch of domains to Moniker too.
