question Pending SMD file documentation for .PHD Domain

I registered a .phd domain at 101domains - the domain got booked but is pending documentation.

Required Registration Documents Not Received Documentation is required for registration, please login to your control panel to upload requested documentation
Trademark SMD File Please submit your Signed Mark Data(.SMD) file issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse for this mark. Request the .SMD file from your TMCH Agent or log in to your TMCH account and download from the Services tab.

This is for a scientist here in India - how can that scientist get .SMD file and all ?
