I am looking for bulk offers for all the domains mostly but will consider individual offers.

Minimum starting offer for the whole group of domains is $1000 which is a little less than $18 each. There is one domain in here, that is currently in the namepros High Priced Domain section:

(I won't accept bids on that domain here. If you want to bid on that domain individually please do so at the NamePros forum. )

To be accepted into the High Priced Domain section the moderator/admin has to determine it is worth at least $1000. That domain, OrientaPoint.com is the name of a top 100 elite neighborhoods in the US, with a medium household income of $350,000. That link at namepros shows a neighborhood domain in Atlanta that sold for over $200,000 last year.

There's some other good domains in this list also such as Cerepovec.com which is a city in Russia with over 300,000 residents, FinancialDistrictNewYork.com, LittleItalyNewYork.net, OfficialBeijing.com, WallStreetNewYork.info, etc...

By the way, there is one domain that is developed: SJCalifornia.com. A local directory of San Jose. It has tens of thousands of pages with listings and ranks well for some terms such as san jose business directory where it is on the first page.
