Traffic domain - need advice

Last month I got a traffic domain, which I parked at Sedo, and it made the usual $0.0001 earnings
Couple days ago I unhooked it from Sedo and set the DNS to point to a WP site I set up with ads etc
My hosting provider noticed a peak in the traffic and disabled access to it.
I checked and the traffic was about 2,500 UV a day, mostly people looking for torrents etc

Question is, is this traffic monetizable at all ? If yes, what is a good monetization idea and what would be a reasonable hosting plan for this kind and volume of traffic?

if sedo wasn't paying and host disabled access....shouldn't that tell you something?

Sorry perhaps I wasn't clear, host disabled access because traffic was too high for my shared hosting plan.

Use bodis instead.
That traffic is not the best one can have but its still a large amount of traffic.
