What he did is not good in the interests of the community. We still do not know how many other members can report anonymously to respective TM holders. Better to sell TM names to known buyers of such names in private.
When people talk about censorship on this site this is a prime example of what they mean...not only did he report the domain, he PM'd Mr. Deleted and told him he did so and posted the companies reponse in the thread! WTF man?!
I sincerely hope that is NOT how we expect each other to act here on DNF...all jokes and arguments and silly stuff aside, that is money we are talking about here, and a possible lawsuit, fines, etc. etc. And I agree this is a risk you take when you deal with TM names but for another member to report it out of the blue to the company WITHOUT provocation is really really really unbecoming and should be dealt with using a very heavy hand. For the protection of ALL of us.

It was my domain, i think i will lost my domain due this "member" , maybe we can build a special section where put on sale this kind of domains and restrict the access only to some member.
