I was just surfing and came across a site that had a news article I wanted to read. On that site was a link to recent WIPO decisions. So I figured what the heck and clicked on it. The decisions were from the the last few days, however when I went to read the decisions I find no information on the WIPO site. All my searches return the result "domain not found"
So the question is. How does this site know there was a decision if it's not even on the WIPO site? Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for any info you can provide
