Finally some sense from wipo on a "sucks" case:

What is so cool is that the guy who owned the sucks domain didn't even respond to the complaint, but the case was so "black and white" the wipo panel still sided in his favor.

The Panel believes that by now the number of Internet users who do not appreciate the significance of the ââ¬Ë-sucksââ¬â¢ suffix must be so small as to be de minimis and not worthy of consideration. The Panel notes that the Complainant puts forward no evidence to substantiate that contention. The Panel believes that Internet users will be well aware that a domain name with a ââ¬Ë-sucksââ¬â¢ suffix does not have the approval of the relevant trade mark owner.
