Interesting. Considering the site was essentially about ethics - "as part of a new system for tracking campaign fund raising and spending", I would guess it is causing more than a few red faces.

1 million would have saved my other company. Must be nice to be involved with the "in crowd".

You don't!
You need be IN circle.
I used to be a construction contractor and got one govt. contract around mid 80th.
I did not make too much money.
I made about 20% more than typical contract, but, too much red tapes
and too many forms to fill out every week.
20% more wasn't worth it.

GC is THE one who was making tons of money and some of it he had to
redistribute within circle.
