2009 Industry

I know it's only a few weeks in but was just wondering how different sectors are coming along so far?

My company is a supplier to the circuit board manufacturing industry and it's still very slow with minimal optimism.

I don't see anything good happening until the end of '09 in this area.

Domaining is stronger than ever.

I know how the real estate market is down these days...but I've found some great bargains here in Italy and I will plan to start in real estate business also in next weeks.

For the rest I agree with you...this economic crisis don't end this year.

local work here is way down, all areas, business are closing...A few Restaruants, local printer, smaller auto dealers...
Local Officials (mayors, governors, etc) are giving gloom outlooks on shrinking town, city, and state budgets.

This is on the local news nightly, Unemployment is expected to 8.2% next month here in Oregon.
