I found a 3-letter available in .info, .biz, and .us. No q, w, z, x, y, v.

Buy it? Not?

You might want to consider it. I just read elsewhere that a 3-letter .info (bdi.info) just sold for 11,600 Euros (a Euro = about $1). If that information is accurate those three-letter .infos starting looking very attractive!

any one want a complete list of 2 letter and 3 letter info domains with the expiration dates and availability.

Running my new program now and found many still available.

anyways, going through 17,576 names is going to take some time.

Good luck gar. .info is good, but .biz might also be a good bet for 3 letter domains. The Asia Pac region is the fastest growing area in the world for internet growth, and lots of Asian businesses like acronyms (easier to pronounce) as well as .biz (they don't understand the meaning of cheesy like the Americans do).
