60 seconds between pm's?

When I answer my pm's in the morning they are usually pretty quick and I'd hate to have to sit and wait between replies..

Can you make sending, and replying different times? If so, replying should be around 15 seconds. Sending should be higher.

That would have to be coded in as far as I can see GD, to differentiate replies and "new sends"
