Is there a newsletter or thread, which states who are the administrators and moderators and what their functions are?

Like, who is taking care of the most recent scam?

Do you have any time frames, as of how long this whole incidence will take to work out?, and why aren't you stating who else (aside from NDP and forgot #2 who is the same peson) was involved? I did dnf deals with other people as well, and would just like to be certain that I'm OK.

I expect the issue will be totally worked out today but if you do have an outstanding issue, GD is correct it is best to file a support ticket so we can deal with it on a case by case issue.
