Wanted: Service Adwords- Need your assistance

I am attempting to run adwords ad for the purpose of selling my house.

The house is in a specific part of Thailand-ChiangMai so targeting and keywords should be no problem? Chiang Mai property, Chiang Mai real estate etc.-The text ad is also very specific.

When I initially set up the campaign my ad appears top of all of them and then within an hour it is gone and I am getting "Rarely shown due to low quality score" for each keyword and "landing page quality poor". Initial set up shows quality score of 5/10, changes to 1/10 within a few minutes.



Pulling my hair out, what to do?

Site looks fine to me, not sure why you're getting the low quality score. Is your ad ok? No exclamation marks, etc in the ad? Do check you gmail account though to see if they have sent any warnings. I was banned from adwords (but not adsense) last year for "low quality landing pages", because I forgot they always send the message to a gmail account, not my normal email account and missed the warnings. Never did get a good explanation for it.
