lets say I sold a domain here, and the buyer failed to reply even after more than a week, do I still have to sell the domain or can I use/resell it?

what would you think is an acceptable time frame before not being bound by the sale?

thanks.

More than one week is too long. Should have correspondence within several days.

Along with the name invoice I usually send a clause that if payment is not sent in three days then I am free to sell it to another person. :)

Edit: Even here on DNf I have seen references for 72 hours to complete the sale ( In TOS IIRC)

thanks.
just wanted to confirm, as it has been well over a week and I have a chance to sell the domain elsewhere, and didnt want to breach any contracts.
