Any decent, reliable, fast URL forwarding services around?

Not looking for one of those short URL services.

I'm looking for somewhere I can use load a list of names into my account and choose where I redirect them. Some sort of stats tracking would be a bonus, but not essential.

I don't mind paying a small amount for this service.

Recommendations anyone?
