The program I mentioned above has a white label option:
Phonedog Cell Phone, Long Distance and VoIP Affiliate Program

They show examples of White label sites they've done for Cnet and LowerMyBills.
They have the regular affiliate program I review above where you can put the all the cell pricing comparison data on your site or they can do white label if you have enough targeted traffic.

Can any of these cellphone affiliate programs be used on mobile sites or on .mobi domains? Are they mobile phone compliant?
