the only problem i think you will have .com is that there is a waiting period before you can touch the money. most merchants like 2checkout.com have a 14 day waiting period

good luck though :)

Why don't you just open another PayPal account and do this yourself?

There are always risks of charge-back's and frauds with accepting credit card payments. I don't think it will be wise to take that chance FOR SOMEBODY ELSE when say after 3 or even 6 months, your merchant account (or PayPal or 2CheckOut) shows a reversal, unless .com.net.org is willing to delay his PayPal payment for 3-6 months (which is not fair enough for him then).

hi .com.net.org

The advice you've rec'd is right on.. it's against the merchant acct. contract for any 'one merchant' to accept cards for another 'merchant' etc.

Do you need to set up card payment services? i can help you.

goodluck

Hmm... I guess .CNO's problem is trading with an international user who is not a PayPal member?

I had a similar problem with a Germany buyer about 2 months ago. He's new to PayPal, so he needed to enter a code from his CC statement for PayPal membership verification. So I waited for a whole month for this, but at last everything went well :).

Another idea I have is say if your buyer if from Country X, you can ask if anybody from Country X in DNForum is willing to help. The buyer will do a local bank transfer to the DNForum member, who in turn will send PayPal to you. Of course, you should give something in return, either real money or DNF bucks :D.

But after thinking of all the troubles, you'll probably stick to PayPal and wait for a month. (That's what I did :D.)

I agree with this charge-back and fraud.

Great idea, but I don't know anyone in Turkey on this board.

You'll have something in return, real money or DNF Bucks (you choose).

Thanks 888 for this idea

Not worth the risk. Chargeback window is open 120 days, not to mention chargeback fee.

If you are willing to wait 120 days.....
