Don't mean to discourage you, but this name is so common.
There are probably xxx people with this name in Singapore.
Maybe your effort is better spent somewhere else.

Andrew, yeah, a backouter. This one really bugs me. I went out of my way to accomodate her with regard to payment for a domain and then she completely bailed. She claims to be a domainer and wanted to start a sedo like platform, so I figured one of us must have dealt with her at some point.

Wish I could help bro... but is it really worth effort, time, and expense? Especially if she lives in Singapore?

To me it is. I went out of my way to accomodate her. It is a matter of principle. And I have a slam dunk case, so I am hopeful to recover some of the expenses associated with litigation. If not, oh well... I taught her a lesson.

I feel you.. hope you get her... I'm in a similar situation with someone on Afternic.... Not trying to highjack your post but how long do you wait till you consider the person AWOL when its through brokerage and how long in private?
