But since you mention it, posting on a public forum that you intend on selling a trademark infringing domain to the trademark holder in not wise! Read up on copyrights and UDRP.

Yup. This very 'posting could be enough evidence of "bad faith" for them to take it away from you in an UDRP. Actually, you posted pretty much the same "offer" here in TWO threads ... which leads me to believe that you did NOT go to the "Legal issues" section, as advised. Oooops.
