After a dry spell I've had two inquiries come in for .ca's, one from a crown corporation type organization for an LLLL.ca (their acronym), and another for a one word french lotto/gambling term from a company that works in the same market.

Nothing closed yet, but glad to see the pickup. Also have a mix $xxx offer in on a pair of 'city realestate' type domains.

Anyone else noticing a pickup or slowdown in .ca?

Just sold 2 real estate oriented geo .ca names a couple of days ago (low $xxxx) to an agent. She was a new agent just starting up but really understood the importance of having a good web presence.
I find the young agents seem to be more enlightened and familiar with social media etc. and are willing to ante up a bit more to get the right names.
The older more established agents seem to have a $300-400 mindset...possibly because they are established and have a good rep to work from and they don't feel that web presence is as important as someone starting up.
These are just my observations.....nothing scientific.;)
