Bank down? Are F$ working right?

I just got 5000F$ sent to me. My balance before that was 3000, and now I only have 5500ish.

I tried accessing the bank to see if it automatically deposits after a certain amount, and I can't. It brings up a page saying ACTION DOES NOT EXIST.

Has this ever happened to anyone (the F$ thing) and is the bank down for everyone, or just me?
