Sorry, but I must concur with the decisions of DNforum staff. After having managed many a community site over (way too) many years, this is amongst the most severe abuses - especially on a professional site such as DNforum where business is conducted.

I run three forums, only one of them gets jerks like that, I have to ban a couple people per week. I generally just remove all their posts though.
