For Amazon stores, FreshStoreBuilder.com is pretty nice, but you have to put in a lot of time to really get any search engine love.
For all of the other stuff, I use XSitePro to build a quick site and then load it up with eBay RSS feeds and ClickBank/Amazon/Whatever products and widgets.

One thing he says on Afterburner is "When was the last time you shopped at an affiliate "store"? If you're like most people, you shop at websites you're familiar with. So why build an affiliate store?"
A lot of truth to that - just give them some relative links and send them on to finish the sale. I found wasting a lot of time on the pretty stuff doesn't pay. Some content, relative links, that's it.
