Does anyone know who this Beneters domain inquiry spammer is? Is this person a member here? My inbox is absolutely flooded with junk inquiries from this person, it's getting really annoying.

I thought about running him through Escrow.com or PayPal to see if I could snag his info, though it would likely be fake anyway. I thought I read a post about this guy being a chargeback scammer, but not sure if it was the same guy.
