Someone has been doing transfers out of netsol for major domain names to enom
One of the scams gets the owner to willingly transfer the name from netsol to enom to save money
Only thing is the request is a change of ownership
So if you have been seeing some major domain names with recent ownership changes being offered, you might want to see some proof of previous transfer
What service shows past ownerships of domains
Whois only shows current owner
The best way to stop the problem, is being able to see a history of all changes in ownership
