I personaly think that a site is woth a lot more when you contact the right people. For example, a corporation with real plans to develope a business in which a domain fits perfectly. Then the price can be multiplied by a lot of times.

My opinion is that .info domains will take a lot of value in some years when people will be more aware of its existence. Then, domains related with news and information will be more valuable in .info than in any othe domain extension. It is a question of time and logic in searching for information.

The site http://www.infoawards.info is selecting the best .info and there there are quite a lot of good examples of generic domains used in a logical way.

What is your model of valuation?
