For Sale Canadian GEO domains

Hi folks,
Probably every one of you have Geo+keyword Canadian domains.
There will be always an opportunity to buy such kind of names.
I have a bunch of them too. But.....

15 minutes ago my wife asked me:
"OK, you bought many Toronto+blabla domains, now what? When do you start making any sales?"

Hmm... I had no idea what to answer her.

How do sell (sold) GEO domains? Did you wait until one day you got a bid in Sedo?
Or you actively wrote hundreds of emails to end-users until you sold them?
Or you built lead generation sites on them?


Please share your successful stories and techniques if possible.

First thing I do not tell my wife about all the names in my portfolio, only the real good ones. Its not worth the grief(my wife is conservative and practical I'm not...thats why I married her!!) and some names would be difficult to explain why I own them (I sometimes wonder what came over me at the time I purchased some of them). I plan on developing a few but I'm content to sit on the majority till the right conditions present themselves. My approach is longer term and fortunately I can afford to sit on most of my names for the time being.
