Still not sure that its particularly important to them, really if they didn't even realize it was missing I can't imagine it being an important part of their operations. Pointing it to a porn site does not exactly build trust either in my view, and would only make them hostile.

i wouldn't get "smart" with them in your emails, and I definitely wouldn't point to a porn site. If it ever did go to trial or anything, you would look really bad and it would be an obvious case of bad intent.
