Question 1: Do you provide compensation when the service is down?

Answer: If you are experiencing problems with your connection, please call the technical helpdesk. They will work with you to solve the problem.

Write to the HQ in Edinburgh - I did in the early stages as I was so fed up with the service (its ok now!) and demanded compensation - I got a month free.
