For Sale .com.mx dropcatcher service

.NIC is by far the most archaic registry around.

Does any one know of a dropcatcher that I can use? I haven't been able to find a company that will pick up .com.mx domains.

When speaking with NIC they are as lost as a person buying their first domain.
