Use this formula...
1 gal. Dionized Water
2 quarts Denatured Alcohol SDA 40
.025 grams Blue No.1
454.0 grams of your favorite cool frangrance
Mix well. pour in 6.5 oz glass bottles with "Cool Breezes" on the
label.
Take samples to contract manufacturer and market product!!
