Internet marketing expert Corey Rudl was killed in a car crash Thursday morning at the California Speedway near Los Angeles.
Corey was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT -- which was moving in excess of 100 mph on the Speedway -- when the driver, Coreyâs friend, lost control and smashed into a cement barrier.
Corey died instantly.
He was 34.
Corey did not live very far from me. I planned on interviewing him at some juncture in the futureâ¦
I just cannot believe that he is gone.
I am still in shock.
He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Internet, and was unquestionably one of the top Internet marketers in the world.
Most of all, he was a great guy.
Exactly three months ago, I was rear-ended by an 18-wheel truck and somehow survived. My God, this life can be shortâ¦and we can be taken at any time. I am deeply saddened by Coreyâs passing.
We will miss you Corey.
