Just check the $DF sales forum and you will see what price they are selling at. I buy quite a few so I know what the asking prices are currently.

at the current lowering cost of an DNF$, $1 will get you DNF$ 200

The rate sient set in stone, its just determined by supply and demand, people who trade between dollars and DNF$ know the rate.

Its stable now at 0.005 but you never know when its gonna slip a bit further.
