dn vb subscription and emails

I want to ask a question about forum mails.
When i write to a topic or when i open a topic on dnforum,i am instantly informed by emails about replies coming to those topics.

Is this an addon or something with vb ?

its standard.
You can customize to have it set on or off from your User CP.

i want it as a deafult option on my own forum.
So how i can set it ? :=)

it is default (at least on mine).
You can set it via the admin interface in the subscriptions option.
However all users can override it through their user cp
