I'm in an auction for a name, lets say it is something along the lines of:
RooseveltField.com (where Roosevelt is the president, not the name of a company).
I can't find any tm's in a search, but was curious as to the liability of this - given that it is the name of a place of business (one that wasn't smart enough to renew).
I'm guessing that just because there is no trademark doesn't mean much...thoughts?
